Since we hand create each piece upon order, and due to the nature of the wedding/evening wear industry, your Lucille and Irma accessory is a final sale. In the rare event that we have made a mistake with the sizing or color, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item (the day your receive it counts as the first day, after that we will not be able to help)

We will verify that the error is on our end and we will get a replacement out to you right away. In the event of an exchange, charges will be adjusted according to the final agreement.   

Expedition Fees are non-refundable.  Custom measured items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

Orders of 2 or more of the same item are non refundable, exchangeable or returnable.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost or damaged items. Please contact USPS or your local Postal Carrier for Shipping issues.  We are not responsible for customs fees or international shipping issues.  Please contact your customs office or postal carrier for international shipping issues.

Purchase of our items constitutes agreement on your part that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
